MirchiMart provides free home delivery of products for most of the products and at most of the locations in India. If there are any delivery charges involved in any product, the same information will be mentioned at the checkout or product detail page.

Delivery Time

Though the delivery time mentioned is only an estimated time, but we will strictly follow the delivery time mentioned in our portal.
Only in cases where, due to unavoidable reasons, MirchiMart is not able to procure the ordered items, we may exceed the delivery time limit.
Customers will get notification for the same.

Why should you mention Shipping and Billing Addresses?

Shipping Address is the address where the order will be delivered.
You get an option to use same Shipping and Billing addresses, but following are the reasons why you should mention correct Billing address.

Billing address for online payments -
As an extra step to ensure safety of your payments, we ask for your Billing Address as well.
For online payments, the address of the card is verified against Billing Address.

Billing address for cash on delivery -
In case of any refunds, cheque with the due amount will be delivered only at the billing address.

Warranty against damaged deliveries
