How much does it cost to register? What fees will I pay?

There are no upfront sign up fees to join MirchiMart. Our services are absolutely free; all you pay is for the products you buy.

Can I shop without having a registered account with MirchiMart?

Yes, registration is only as per your personal wish. If you wish to shop without registering, you are always welcome to do so.

 

Ordering Products

How does one place an order on MirchiMart?

You can search and select the products you wish to buy and add them in your shopping cart by clicking "Buy Now" button.
Once you have added the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click on "Cart" to review your shopping list and click "Place Order Now" for the payment process to start. Login with your registered Mirchi Mart account or sign up for a new account (for new users) or you may also proceed as a guest user to make the payment and the products you have purchased will reach you soon.

I did not receive my confirmation email for the order I booked. What should I do?

Please check your spam and/or junk mail folders as the e-mail may have been sent there. If you are still unable to locate the e-mail you may contact MirchiMart's customer executive at our customer support number +91 8287011011 or you may email our Customer Support at cs@mirchimart.com for assistance.

Payments

What are the payment methods available to me?

You can pay through your Master/Visa credit cards, internet banking or opt for Cash-on-Delivery. We do not charge for home delivery.

Does the price mentioned include any other or hidden charges?

No, there is no kind of any hidden charges involved. You pay exactly the same amount as is mentioned in MichiMart's website. The quoted price includes all taxes except for octroi regions. A nominal tax of 5% is involved added extra for orders belonging to Maharashtra’s octroi region.

 

I am concerned that your order page is not secure

Mirchi Mart's Payment and Order pages are hosted in a very secure environment. We assure that your transactions are always conducted over secure connections and that Mirchi Mart doesn't store, sell or misuse any of your credit card or netbanking information.

I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I still buy a deal?

Yes, we offer Cash-On-Delivery payment mode wherein you can pay cash to Mirchi Mart's delivery boy when the product you ordered reaches your doorstep. Cash on delivery is available on some selected categories and for order limit of amount Rs 10000 only.

After Purchase Services

I need technical support for the product I bought. Whom should I contact?

We offer discounted support services for the products bought from Mirchi Mart.

 

Courier/Delivery

Are there any delivery charges?

There is no delivery charges involved in most of the categories. Though there can be few categories with additional delivery charges. Any such details will be mentioned on the products detail or checkout page.

 

How to track my order?

To track the current status of your order, please visit http://www.mirchimart.com/trackmyorder. Enter your email ID and order ID to get the latest tracking information of your order.


Return Policy

I have received a defected item. How to get it replaced?

We have products under insurance cover. Please note that if you receive a package that is (or looks to be) tampered, do not accept it. Any such physical damage occurred during shipment will be cover under insurance. For any technical issues, please inform us immediately.

Till how many days I am eligible to return my product in case of any discrepancy?

12 days.
